A date has been set so the immense task of planning and preparation in time for the big day has now begun! You know that as part of this preparation you need wedding diet tips to lose weight and who can blame you? You are expected to look the best in a room full of hundreds of people all trying to look equally as good! Tip 1: Keep A Food Diary
Write down Everything including sauces and liquids! Keep your calories to no more than 1500pm as a rough guide.
Tip 2: Eat Little & Often
By spreading the 1500 calories into 5-6 meals you will REV your metabolism and help avoid snacking and cravings.
Tip 3: Don’t Starve Yourself
This is an important one of the wedding diet tips. By doing this your metabolism will grind to a halt after a few days and you will look stringy and flabby with an awful complexion. You don’t want that do you?
Tip 4: Exercise

These will lead to sweet cravings and destroy your weight loss.
Tip 8: Eat Veg!

Tip 9: Don’t Binge
If you eat a “bad” meal don’t write off the day and turn into a voracious eating monster consuming everything in sight! Just carry on as normal and stick to the wedding diet tips.
